How long does it take to get back full range of motion after ACL reconstructive surgery.?
I just had surgery to fix my ACL, and I was just wondering what the typical time frame is to get back to full range of motion in my hurt knee.
You should have a protocol from your surgeon. He'll also be having you go to physical therapy, so they'll be able to answer your question as well. As a general rule of thumb, you want to get back your extension (straightening) of the knee ASAP, and progress flexion per that protocol. Good luck!
