earphones did not work, I called and they immediately sent me an RMA and shipped replacement earphones, which work fine.

I have 2 problems with those headphones: first, they only work with batteries, you can’t use them with a power cord, so if you’re going to use them a lot like I do, you’re going to spend a lot of money on batteries. Second, the quality of the sound is not good. Inside the same room, there are moments when I hear fine, but if I move just a bit I hit a “blind” spot and there’s no sound aymore. After a few hours, I can hear only if I’m close to my computer, which defies the purpose of the headphones. Very disappointing product.
